Remote Assistance Guide

If need IT assistance quickly this will be the best option.

Click on the start button on your desktop
Search for "Quick Assist" and open the application.
Enter the security code that the assistant provides to you in the box and click "Submit"
Check the check box denoted by number '1' in the figure, and click 'Allow' denoted by number '2'
If below window pops up on your screen the assistant can see you. Form this point onward assistant will provide you the necessary instructions.
